I’m a former collegiate tennis player, dog mama, UGA alumni and now….yoga teacher! I took my first yoga class over 10 years ago and was initially drawn to the fitness aspect of yoga with my background in athletics, but it wasn’t until going through life’s trials and tribulations that I discovered my true love for yoga and all of its benefits. Yoga has a way of finding its way into your life when you need it most, and that’s what happened to me.

Yoga has been an amazing addition to my physical and mental well-being by helping me stay present, feel stronger, and find self confidence. I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered and confident in their own skin. I hope to help others discover the countless benefits and life lessons that yoga has taught me. If I can share even a small piece of what I’ve learned with my students, then I would consider myself lucky!
