Hi, my friends! My yoga journey started after I experienced a back injury in college from playing soccer. At that time, I thought it would be a solution to healing an injury, but I quickly realized my purpose with yoga was becoming much deeper. I started teaching so I could share the benefits that yoga has brought to my life; the mind + body connection, the self awareness, the peace, the confidence, the challenge, etc. The people in this community are one of a kind and I’m grateful to be a part of the Yonder family. On the weekends you can find me taking my dog, Olive, on coffee walks, checking out local concert venues, and of course, at Yonder! Come practice with me!
